Ken Simwaba
Chief Executive Officer
Ken Simwaba is a seasoned finance professional with vast industry experience spanning 20 years in Financial Services covering: Pensions and Asset Management, Microfinance and SME lending and Insurance Services. Ken Simwaba previously served as Managing Director for Madison Finance Company and Madison Asset Management Company. In addition, he also served as Chief Financial Officer of Madison General Insurance and General Manager in MGen Tanzania Insurance Company. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot Watt University, an MA Leadership in Development Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and also holds the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) qualification. Ken is also a seasoned Real estate investor. Ken has previously served on a number of boards including the Lusaka Stock Exchange, the CEC Staff Pension Scheme and the International School of Lusaka.
Aakash Gumbeer

With over 20 years of professional experience, Aakash has worked in various industries including Telecoms, Banking, Retail, FMCG, Fintech, and ICT. Proficient in supporting both greenfield ventures and businesses undergoing transformation, Aakash has delivered programs that have supported business growth and strategic turn arounds. With experience in Finance Control, MIS, Business Intelligence, Revenue Assurance, Fraud, Risk advisory, and Commercial Programs delivery, Aakash brings expertise in these domains. Additionally, he actively serves on boards for both profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Nambinga Hakapya
Chief Financial Officer
Nambinga Hakapya is a highly organized, dependable and innovative finance professional and Chartered Accountant with ACCA and ZICA qualifications. She has over 7 years of Finance and Audit experience with Audit, Consultancy and Accounting firms. She has served in various portfolios which include being Accountant and Auditor with PKF Zambia Chartered Accountants and as an Audit Trainee for Bakertilly Chartered Accountants.
